The hotel had a charming and cozy decoration, with quaint little touches that made me feel at home. The common areas were well-maintained and provided a comfortable space for relaxation. As a senior person, I appreciated the easy accessibility of the hotel. The location was convenient, especially being close to the train station and having a short distance to Haneda Airport. This made it easier for me to navigate and saved me from any unnecessary stress and physical strain.
I would have loved if there were more activities or services specifically catered towards senior people. Perhaps some gentle exercise classes or organized day trips designed with our needs in mind.

Our stay at 328 Hostel & Lounge was fantastic! The facilities were impeccably clean and comfortable, ensuring a pleasant experience. The close proximity to Haneda airport made it extremely convenient for our early morning flight. We felt safe and secure, especially as women traveling alone. The staff were friendly and helpful, adding to the overall positive experience. Although there were a few minor drawbacks, such as the room being slightly small and the occasional interruption from fellow guests, it did not overshadow the many positives. I highly recommend this hostel for its cleanliness, comfort, and convenient location.

Convenient location, close to train station. Loads of convenience stores and late-night izakaya nearby. The check-in closes at 1am, which was helpful for our late arrival. The first floor lounge area had a comfortable vibe and nice music. The bed space was spacious and comfy, and I particularly liked the futon blanket. The owner provided tea, coffee, and water in the kitchen, which was a nice touch. The shower and toilets were clean.
The room got a bit stuffy at night because the owner switched off the aircon at a certain time. It wasn't a big deal for me, but there was a girl in my room who had breathing troubles and woke everyone up.
